Austin Real Estate Partners is an independent boutique brokerage led by Bob and Melinda McKenna, serving the Austin area since 2003.
Bob and Melinda McKenna are licensed Real Estate Brokers with more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate. As Brokers and Owners of Austin Real Estate Partners, they have personally overseen more than 1,000 successful real estate transactions, including 500+ in which they directly represented sellers, buyers, and investors.
Before entering real estate, Bob spent over 15 years in Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Product Marketing, and Business Development within the technology sector. He holds an MBA from Rice University. This combination of business acumen and deep real estate expertise allows the team to deliver clear-headed, strategic guidance for every client.
Austin Real Estate Partners is a recipient of the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics and has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a Top 25 Small Team for production. We focus exclusively on residential real estate across Austin and the surrounding communities, serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants.

Bob and Melinda are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Texas REALTORS® (TXR), the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABOR), the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR), North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTRIES), and the Central Texas MLS (CTXMLS). Bob served on the Austin Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2017–2019.
