Melinda has more than 20 years of commercial and residential Real Estate experience.  Prior to entering the field she loves, she pursued and completed her Associates Degree in Real Estate in 1984.  Melinda later expanded her capacity to help her clients by augmenting her skill set with a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Marketing.  Most notable in her repertoire of residential and commercial assignments include providing research and analysis for property developers, residential appraising, real estate auctions agent, residential property management and commercial property management in excess of 250,000 sq. ft. of office space.  Melinda was also the Broker of Record for Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) where she helped the City of Austin acquire more than 800 acres around the new Austin Airport.
