We are looking for experienced (1 year minimum) full-time agents who…
- Close a minimum of $3M in GCI per year on average
- Provide outstanding service to their clients
- Demonstrate uncompromised ethical behavior – even when no one is looking
- Have a positive outlook on life and work
- Are friendly and outgoing
- Are committed to volunteer or “give-back” to communities, worthy causes or other non-profits
- Want to grow their business with the help of a group of like-minded professionals
- No history of Real Estate Commission / Board of REALTOR® Penalties or Fines
- College degree preferred but may be waived in lieu of experience
